First Bubbles
Like an elementary school project Hydrogen and Oxygen are separated and collected... Only instead of a liquid electrolite,   Dais-Analytic DAC 585 membrane batch JS-162 is used as a solid electrolite.

The following pictures show the development of the hardware for the Peanut Butter Sanwich approach to Fuel Cells
Look at a Generic cell (there are many sites that describe basics this is one choosen at random)  Actualy since sites have a way of going away look at the following"

Assembled case without wires

A circle was used since it was easy to cut in plexiglas that gave thick enough stability to support elements and provide water / and separate H2 & 0 collection passages .

Elements were made in some cases from Precious metal covered Jewely and in other cases gause platinum elements from old style pocket hand warmers.  If I can get electroplating figured out, I think I will try using sink strainers...plated with platinum from catalytic convertors or coins.
Test results.... the 1.3 ohm resistance indicated a short in the Jewelry model.  3-16 volts applied  Just made transformer hot staying at a low measured voltage

The Hand warmer elements were isolated and when voltage applied, bubbled.... more coming off the negative terminal fish tubes, indicating hydrogen from negative side
volume not measured but switch of polarity changed pressure and rate of bubble flow.... DC voltages up to 16 volts applied no current measured but transformer didn't get hot... contolable reactions

Got dark had to quit..

Made a recombiner that takes Hydrogen Gas and puts it back with air oxygen.
